FIT CAMP is a great way to get into the best shape of your life with the help of a Certified Personal Trainer. You can start anytime and take as many or as few classes as you like.
This dynamic and fun workout is different everytime. It is the perfect workout to define and tone your body as well as improve your flexibility and balance. Our Trainers specialize in designing challenging workouts while keeping an upbeat attitude the entire class. We will provide modifications for injuries or weaker joints.
FIT CAMP classes are held all year long, last 50-minutes and are composed of full-body strength training workouts with small intervals of cardio mixed in. You are required to bring a mat, water and dumbbells. Most clients use 5-12lb dumbbells which varies based on your fitness level.
